villa of the Edwardian period with
notable timber verandas. Escombe Terrace No 3The house was built in 1907. It is an Edwardian Natal
veranda house with three
verandas, paired veranda columns and broken profile roof.
It
is also important as
one element in a dockside-housing group of considerable
