The Bat Centre

The centre was established in 1995 when artists identified
a
need for a space to show their skills, learn new techniques
and earn a living from their work. The Bat Centre in the
Small Craft Harbour, is a haven of artists studios, art
galleries and shops. Celebrating contemporary and
traditional South African arts and crafts, specific to the
region.

The Playhouse Company
Smith Street, Durban
This building was built during the 1920's in Tudor revival
style. With exhibition facilities: five conference rooms
seating up to 1225 people, five performing arts theatre
seating 150-1225 people. Provides cultural educational and
entertainment in both an African and International
context.
